Frequently Asked Questions

Online proxy exam by screen sharing: You will share your screen during the exam with us using a secret software which the proctor cannot detect. We will click the correct answers during the exam. You will just pretend that you are taking the exam.

Yes. We will make sure you understand the process and guide you on every step of the process.

You will need a Windows OS computer with webcam, microphone, speaker. Windows 11 is preferred. Also you should have the admin rights on that computer to disable anti virus and firewall temporarily during the exam. Mac Os or Linux does not work with our service software.

We will guide you with every step to take the exam safely. Make sure you have a good internet connection and a good laptop/computer and a room free of distraction. We will take care of the rest.

Exam registration is your responsibility. However, if you have not registered for the exam yet, we suggest to discuss the exam date/time with our team so that we can arrange the exam on a date/time that work for both of us. We are generally flexible with dates but it is better to discuss the time to avoid double booking with other candidates.

Our service fee vary by the particular exam you take. You will be told the service fee when you contact us for your exam. We offer the best price in the industry.

You will pay after you pass your exam. No payment necessary in advance.

We can take Paypal, UPI, certain gift cards (limited), credit card payments attract additional 10% fee. Please discuss payment method in advance if you have doubts.
